ICD: CD:
[Passive]: When currently the echelon leader, start battle with +30 points of Popularity. When not an echelon leader, MGs and SGs on buff tiles gain +100 points of armour-piercing and +30 points of accuracy. When an enemy unit loses a Dummy-Link, gain +1 point of Popularity, and when an allied unit loses a Dummy-Link, gain +10 points of Popularity. When Popularity reaches the following values, apply the appropriate effects;
[20+ points]: Enemies take ($value2)% increased damage.
[50+ points]: Reduce incoming damage taken by self and allied units on the same column by ($value3) points.
[100 points]: All enemies deal ($value4)% less damage.
[Active]: Gains +20 points of Popularity and stun all enemy units in a distance of 3 units ahead of self for ($value1) seconds.
TPS is a powerful support for other Main Tanks, having the ability to to lower damage taken significantly through her various Skill effects, while also making enemies take more damage.
If she is the Echelon Leader (which she should be in almost all use cases), she will apply 20% Vuln to all enemies at the start of battle, and apply the -10 Damage Taken buff after her 6s ICD. In harder fights, by the time her cooldown completes and she activates her Skill again, a combination of friendly Link loss and enemy Link loss would typically already get her to 100 Popularity and activate the 40% Damage debuff.
All her Popularity-based buffs and debuffs are permanent, provided she does not leave the field.
Her Skill also stuns enemies in a short distance in front of herself on activation, which is rarely ever useful, and this is hardly the reason to bring her in an Echelon.
TPS's Popularity-based buffs do not expire and will stay active while she is on the field.
-10 Damage Taken for her column and 40% Damage debuff on enemies makes all but the most dangerous enemies trivial to tank effectively.
In order to get the massive survivability buffs in a timely fashion, TPS almost always wants to be Echelon Leader. As such, she may conflict with certain other Doll choices that also want to be Leader, such as M240L.
While the 20% Vuln and -10 Damage Taken effects only trigger once, the 40% Damage debuff reapplies repeatedly constantly, making it effectively immune to the cleansing effects of Quills of Patmos. The 20% Vuln isn't a generic Vuln debuff and as such also won't be cleansed, making TPS' debuffs entirely Quill immune.
