Overview
Type 59 is a Evasion debuffing HG, reducing enemies’ Evasion with her Skill.
A HG’s effectiveness is based on their Skill effect combined with their tilebuffs. While reducing enemies’ Evasion will help kill them faster, most enemies do not have enough Evasion for this to be better than directly buffing Damage/Rate of Fire. While Type 59’s tiles are fine and her Skill is effective at Night, there are simply better options for dealing with Evasion at Night (such as Surehit, PEQs, etc). As such, she is not recommended for use.
