Another charge-based Grenadier, who gains bonuses depending on how many Grenades she’s thrown so far in the current battle. The main issue here is that the only good bonus (the third one, pretty good HP Shields) will only arrive after ~18s have passed on Grenade no. 7 under ideal circumstances. This effectively gives her an 18s ICD to be useful for tanking anything in battle, which is far far too late for any normal fight. Add in that she needs to be pretty close to enemies to gain proper charges (or else it goes to ~26s) and she has no defensive Skill until her 7th Grenade, Type 82 is just not very useful.

A note must be added that her first set of Grenade charges arrives at 6s, not 4s. This means she will throw 1 Grenade at 2s, then gains 1-2 charges at 6s to continue throwing Grenades. Subsequent charges are gained at the noted 4s interval.
If the enemy dies during Grenade impact, HP Shields will not apply (as the enemy is already dead and thus, doesn’t count).
