When Charge Command is activated, direct all allies to attack the enemy unit with the highest HP and reduces the target's evasion by ($eva_red)%. When a boss is present on the battlefield, prioritize attacking the boss. If the target is killed while the skill is active, reduce all enemies' damage by ($dam_red)% for ($time_value) seconds.
Type92's Accuracy and Evasion tile buffs are largely irrelevant and effectively leads to a HG without tiles.
While her skill is quite strong for a 3*, it does not make up for the lack of useful tile buffs.
Type92 has the widest tile coverage in the game, causing her to buff every single doll around her.
Type92 buffs both Damage and RoF by 10% each for an effective DPS increase of 21%. This is stronger than most 3* HG buffs.
Type92 provides Accuracy and Evasion buffs in her tiles, two buffs that are practically always inferior to Damage and RoF buffs.
Type92 provides buffs to four different stats through her Skill and buff tiles which makes her hard to fit in many Echelons.
Type 92 started life as a weird HG that aimed to try and buff everything at once but failed quite miserably due to her terrible set of tiles. Her upgrade has not done any favours.
Her new Skill 2 is Apex Fire which aims to give her debuffing and targeting potential. When Skill 1 activates, Type 92 will redirect everyone’s focus to the highest HP enemy or to the boss if one is active (which would usually be the highest HP enemy to begin with so I don’t know why they make the distinction). Anyone being targeted will receive a massive Evasion debuff and killing said target will debuff the Damage of all remaining enemies.
In theory, this Skill 2 is pretty decent. Being able to massively debuff Evasion is nice, but there aren't really many use case for this. For some bosses it could be good, but beyond that, Type 92 offers too little for her Mod cost.
While her Skill 1 got a meaningful upgrade, her tiles are still terrible, leaving her largely irrelevant.
Her FP and RoF buffs amount to a whopping 32% effective DPS buff.
A 90% Evasion debuff is quite strong.
While her Skill 1's increase from her Mod is quite strong, this sadly still does not make up for her lack of relevant tiles.
