VP1915 is a breath of fresh air in the Mirror Stage batch, in that she is a pretty straightforward T-Doll, kit wise, but unfortunately a disappointing one as well, due to a simple fact: she's a direct fire offtank.
The age of Direct Fire SMGs has long since past, with only the occasional very niche situation surfacing that allows Commanders to fully take advantage of a Direct Fire SMG. While VP1915 has the benefit of having perfect accuracy in one of her modes, the fights that ARSMG teams face rarely need such gimmick.
Her Vulnerability rebuffing could have seen great applications, as its one of the only debuffs that Fairies and HOCs can take advantage off, but with it being single target its potential is greatly limited.
In the end, VP1915 had potential to carve herself a niche with her Vulnerability-Perfect Accuracy abilities, but with her debuff being single target, there's little room for her outside of niche situations, and early content.
25% buff is always welcome for any AR
In recent content, there’s little room for Direct Fire SMGs
While in theory Vulnerability is a great debuff, as it acts as a sort of Damage buff, but one that HOCs can also take advantage of, VP’s debuffing is restricted to the enemies she shoots. Even if using Secure Mode, there’s no guarantee VP will hit enemies currently being attacked by her partner ARs, which are the T-Dolls that would benefit the most from her debuff.
