Overview
VP70 is a Damage debuffing HG, reducing enemies’ Damage with her Skill.
A HG’s effectiveness is based on their Skill effect combined with their tilebuffs. Reducing enemy Damage is a niche solution to not having enough Armor on your SGs and should only be used if you know what you’re doing in such situations. There are better options than VP70 with Mods that aid their overall performance. As such, VP70 is not recommended.
