A HG’s effectiveness is based on their Skill effect combined with their tilebuffs. !name has an effective Skill with strong tiles. The free flat Accuracy on her Skill is also quite nice against more evasive enemies, especially at Night. As such, !name is recommended to raise.
Full analysis
