VRB's Skill is similar to M200, having surehit and being able to Crit while dealing 3x Damage for her first 5 attacks, and targeting the closest target instead of the furthest as she's an AR. It also increases the number of extra hits for each friendly entity past 5 (e.g. Taunt, Liu clones, T64 SPEQ-set clones, etc) when the Skill activates.
She also has a maximum of 60 RoF, meaning she cannot benefit from #2 Chips and cannot have her RoF buffed in any meaningful way.
Her performance is worse than G41 for general use, who is the baseline for ARs and anything worse than her just isn't good enough for general use. Combine that with the fact that most things you'd want surehit shots onto are in the backline, which M200 or SSG3000 already do. Even if you give her extra entities from, for example, T64's SPEQ-set, she still barely outperforms G41, which is still far worse than stronger ARs.
If this ever would be needed, VRB does exist.
VRB's actual damage output is not impressive.
