Overview
Traditionally, WA2000 has been the "baseline performance Generalist RF", and is used as a reference for whether any other newer RF is usable or not.
With her new SPEQ-Set, she is much, much stronger than before, vastly outperforming most other Generalist RFs. With the high RoF from her Skill, she easily gains dozens of stacks in seconds, boosting her AP and Acc to extremely high levels.
The new Ammo SPEQ alone is already far stronger than any other AP Ammo, acting as a free extra Cape with the Crit Damage buff, and combined with the Set effect, she does massive amounts of damage to enemies with Armor.
On the other hand, against evasive enemies, WA2000 hits far more consistently than other RFs at Night, because the Acc is a flat buff (and thus applied after the Night Battle Acc Penalty).
Overall, this SPEQ-Set returns WA2000 to her former glory as one of the strongest RF self-buffers in the game. Even if you do not have her limited SPEQ, the GZ SPEQ is still worth grabbing for the strong stat buffs.
