Client Update v3.08
Introduction
Client v3.08 makes some significant changes to the daily gameplay loop, with some additional nice QoL features. Note that this is the last client update that has been released on the foreign servers. Expect little-to-no additional client changes going forward.
Removal of Daily Quests
Daily quests will be removed, with more weekly quests taking their place. All weekly quests are always available, meaning that there is no more rerolling of quests. Each weekly grants 40 points towards your Weekly Box progress, and 240 points are needed for all reward boxes, so you ultimately need to do 6 weekly quests.
The full list of weeklies:
- Kill 50 normal units
- Kill 1 boss
- Win 8 battles with an S-rank
- Clear 15 Gray Zone nodes
- Accumulate 8 crafting actions (dolls, equipment, or fairies)
- Complete 10 logistics
- Complete 12 Combat or Coalition sims
- Complete 5 forward base explorations
- Roll resupply gacha 1 time
- Perform 8 Coalition captures (including standard and svarogs)
- [PAID BATTLEPASS ONLY] Complete 4 other weekly missions
The total BP progress obtainable per week is 450 points, up from 430 previously. Including the paid BP quest, this goes up to 495 from 480.
For reference, these dailies have been fully removed:
- Rescue 5 Dolls
- Clear 2 stages
- Obtain 6 Vehicle parts
- Disassemble 3 Dolls/Eq/Units
- Enhance 3 times
- Perform 1 calibration
- Enhance 3 Equipment/Fairies
- Complete 1 autobattle
- Like 5 dorms
- Deploy 2 support Echelons
- Collect 5 hearts
- Give 1 gift
Likewise, these weeklies have been fully removed:
- Skill train 3 times
- Collect batteries from your Dorm 3 times
- Perform 4 heavy productions

Campaign Skip on Easiest Difficulty
Campaign maps can now be skipped on the easiest difficulty, costing 100x4 resources. Note that maps that do not have a difficulty option can also be skipped entirely, including older campaigns like AW, DD, etc.

Quick Formation Equipment Option
The “Quick Formation” feature now gives you the option to equip “recommended” equipment as well. This is worthless and should never be used because the Quick Formation feature itself will not only build garbage echelons, but now also possibly give them garbage equipment (ex: Buckshot instead of Flash Ammo on SGs).
For details on building proper echelons, see the Teambuilding guide.

Index Update
The Index menu has been overhauled, and now includes a built-in event CG viewer and music player. Note that while the main Index screen looks different, clicking on any tile besides the CG/music/story tiles will take you back to the original Index UI.

[Steam only] Desktop Adjutant
The new client lets you put your Adjutant on your PC desktop. You can choose between showing the chibi or full art, and animations are supported. Note that this only works while you are on the base screen, so you won’t be able to see your Adjutant from maps or other screens (ex: white farming).

Logistics, Autobattles and Explorations can be immediately resent from the adjutant, instead of having to go back to the game. This effectively makes GFL able to send GFAlarm-esque notifications on desktop.
Options for notifications are as follows:
- Exploration Complete | Production Complete
- Logistic Completed | Skill Training Completed
- Autobattle Completed

Options for the displayed Doll:
- Character selection
- Chibi mode toggle
- L2D toggle
- Heavy damage toggle
Big cog button shown below is where you customize notification options.
Reset button in the top right is reset position.

Other Changes/Notes
- The Career Quest to participate in 1 Theater has been replaced with a quest to participate in 1 Permanent Ranking.
- Targeting Tiebreakers remain broken in this client update. When choosing between multiple possible targets that are otherwise equal priority (ex: Jaguars choosing between 2-3 backline dolls), enemies will prioritize targeting dolls who were obtained earlier.
